What This Book Is About
This is a spiritual and metaphysical guide about evolving human consciousness from third-dimensional (3D) thinking — the world of ego, conflict, and linear cause-and-effect — into fifth-dimensional (5D) awareness, a state of peace, alignment, and effortless living.
The book maps out 13 dimensions of consciousness, provides practical tools for shifting your thoughts, language, and reactions, and draws on sacred geometry, meditation, aromatherapy, and spiritual philosophy to guide the transformation.
"The Fifth Dimension is our new now — where thoughts, speech, and action are all in alignment. Anything out of integrity becomes instantly painful."
The Dimensional Map
The author maps consciousness across 13 dimensions, grouped into three realms:
1D–4D — Lower / Polarity Realm
Physical existence, cause and effect, time and space, the astral plane. The realm of polarity — good vs evil, right vs wrong. The 4th dimension is a dangerous crossroads: go high and you move toward 5D, go low and you sink into the astral.
5D — The Goal — Our New Now
Peaceful, knowing, joyful. Movement is multidirectional. Thoughts, speech and action are fully aligned. Christ consciousness and light bodies. Heaven by 3D standards — bliss, full integration, group consciousness.
6D–9D — Middle Creation Realm
Sacred geometry, DNA templates, colour and light. Consciousness gradually shifts from individual to collective — like a school of fish, separate yet moving as one. The 8th dimension is so vast it can cause 3D travellers to black out.
10D–13D — Upper Creation Realm
The divine blueprint. The Akashic Records come alive in 11D. At 12D, all consciousness knows itself as utterly One — no separation of any kind. The 13th dimension: Love is the essence of all.
3D vs 5D — How You React
One of the most practical sections of the book. The same event — something going "wrong" — produces radically different responses depending on which dimension you're operating from.
| 3D Reaction (keeps you stuck) | 5D Reaction (anchors you higher) |
|---|---|
| Injury leading to apology | Injury leading to comfort |
| Hurt leading to restitution | Acceptance |
| Right vs. wrong | Acknowledgment |
| Victim vs. perpetrator | Nonjudgment |
| Patience | Compassionate indifference |
| Anger | Purposefulness and steadiness |
| Helplessness | Empowerment |
| Despair | Joy and playfulness |
| Feeling trapped | Freedom |
| Loss | Stepping into power |
| Shame | Self-worth and acceptance |
| Result in 5D: Love expands! | |
The Language of 5D
The words you use shape the dimension you inhabit. Swapping 3D language for 5D language is one of the most immediately practical tools in the book.
| ? Abandon (3D) | ? Use Instead (5D) |
|---|---|
| I can't | I won't — own your choice |
| I should | I choose |
| It's too difficult | I choose to make it fun and easy |
| It's a problem | It's an opportunity |
| Life's a struggle | Life's an adventure |
| Why? (narrow) | I wonder? (open ended) |
| I don't know | I choose to find out |
| Right vs. wrong | I see it as a choice |
| Bad timing | Not yet — divine timing |
| Bad experience | Interesting experience |
| Lessons | Opportunities |
| If only | Next time I'll choose differently |
The Monitoring Diagram — Key Insight
One of the most profound concepts in the book: if you are monitoring something, you are controlling it — which keeps you locked in 3D. The path to 5D is to notice without controlling.
- Monitoring — Alternates between participating and controlling — keeps you in 3D
- Noticing — Allows awareness without control — the gateway
- Deciding — Match or no match — without forcing action
- ? 5D EFFORTLESS ?
The signature of 5D living is effortlessness. You notice, you decide, and reality unfolds — without you gripping the wheel.
?Sacred Geometry & Meditation Tools
- The Flower of Life — a sacred geometric pattern of overlapping circles representing the interconnected nature of all creation. Used as a visual focus for meditation.
- The MerKaBa — a light-body energy field activated through specific hand mudras. Practitioners visualise the Flower of Life sphere centred in the 8th chakra, above the head, creating a figure-eight energy flow through the body.
- Figure-Eight Flow — energy that moves through and around the body in a continuous infinity loop, connecting upper and lower chakra fields. When spinning, it forms a toroidal field.
- Rosicrucian 8-Point Geometry — two squares superimposed represent the eight points of a geometrical universe, guarded by eight angels. Used in the 17th century as a map of creation.
- Red-Gold Energy Field — a radiating star-burst energy field representing activated consciousness — the signature of awakened spiritual energy in the auric field.
Dragons as Spiritual Guardians
An entire section of the book is devoted to dragons — not as mythological monsters, but as guardians of sacred thresholds between dimensional states. The author uses a collection of dragon imagery across cultures to illustrate this:
- A carved wooden dragon protecting a crown door — guardian of the gateway between dimensions
- A 13th-century Spanish Benedictine fresco depicting a dragon in a monastery — sacred and protective
- A Kyoto water dragon at Mt. Kurama — used for cleansing rituals before ascending this mountain, said to be where the cosmic being Sanat Kumara landed
- Dragon ironwork, incense burners, and street art — showing how dragon symbolism appears across every culture as a universal archetype of threshold guardianship
Four Versions of One Soul
The book presents a striking table of four men across different lifetimes who share almost identical qualities — as evidence of a single soul expressing itself through multiple incarnations:
- All four are engineers, spiritually oriented, deeply family-focused
- Three share the same birth date (excluding year)
- All lived in or near the same city across different time periods
- Their names all begin with similar sounds or letters (Adam, David, Adum, Allan)
- Ages range from deceased ? 60s ? 50s ? 30s — as if the soul is still alive, just in a younger body
The soul doesn't reincarnate sequentially in time — multiple versions of the same soul can exist simultaneously in the same location, across different lifetimes.
AroMandalas — Aromatherapy for Emotional Healing
A detailed healing system mapping specific essential oil blends to emotional wounds, with each blend designed to elevate that wound to a higher-consciousness expression:
| Blend Name | Emotional Wound | Healing Outcome |

| Crystal Elohim | Not belonging | All is One — restores original DNA blueprint |
| Fountain of Youth | Resentment / frustration | Acceptance — clears cellular memory |
| MerKaBa Mystique | Anger / rage | Compassion — at peace with self and world |
| River Dancing | Desperation | Abundance — awakens fulfillment and plenty |
| Dolphin Dreams | Despair | Restores joy and playfulness |
| Himalayan High | Terror | Courage — daring to dream |

| Reweaving | Feeling violated | Expression of original intent — life's journey |
The Bigger Picture
The book's central argument is that humanity is mid-shift — moving from a polarised, ego-driven 3D existence toward a unified, heart-centred 5D reality. This isn't just spiritual theory — it's presented as a lived, practical transformation.
- The shift from 3D to 5D is already underway — we are living in the transition period
- Your language, reactions, and attention are the primary tools — they determine which dimension you inhabit moment to moment
- Sacred geometry and energy work (MerKaBa, Flower of Life) are practical tools, not just symbols
- Effortlessness is the hallmark of 5D — struggle is a sign you've dropped back into 3D
- Every emotional wound has a corresponding higher-consciousness expression — nothing is wasted
- The soul is multidimensional — multiple versions of you may be living simultaneously
"The Fifth Dimension is not a destination — it is a way of being. You access it moment by moment, through choice, language, and the willingness to stop controlling what you notice."
